Endorphinery is a massage studio on the second floor of Tropical Casa Laguna, right on Calle Principal in central Cabarete. It's appointment-only, booked by WhatsApp or phone rather than walk-in, and runs seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. The menu is straightforward: a one-hour Classic massage with soft, medium or deep tissue pressure, an Aromatherapy massage with essential oils, and two sport-specific options, a Kiter's massage focused on shoulders, back and legs, and a Surfer's massage focused on shoulders, back and arms.

Every massage is listed at $40 USD (2,500 DOP) for one hour, with a VIP package of four massages for $120 USD (7,500 DOP) valid over eight weeks (confirm current pricing). Payment is cash only, in USD or pesos, and a 10 percent tip is already built into the price. Therapists speak Spanish and some English. The studio doesn't offer erotic massage or insurance billing, and clients can keep underwear on or go nude under a provided towel, whichever they prefer. Parking is available on-site at Tropical Casa Laguna.
